Castleview Investments is in discussions to become involved as co-investor in two major real estate development projects, the First Western Santa Maria Polo Club development in Sotogrande, Spain, and the Alma Verde Villa Development in Southern Portugal’s Algarve region.
First Western Santa Maria Polo Club, Spain
The First Western Santa Maria Polo Club development is a Joint venture between Santa Maria Polo Club, situated in Sotogrande, one of the most prestigious Polo locations in the world, and First Western. Santa Maria Polo Club is one of the four premier polo venues in the world and home to the unique Grand Slam International Polo Tournament from late July until the end of August. Famous international players and not a few members of the Royal families, gather to watch and play. Santa Maria has seven polo grounds, four of which are world class, and the Club has now decided to develop unused land on the site into exclusive apartment residences. Castleview Investments will be an investment partner in this exciting project alongside First Western and we will be updating our site as the project progresses!
